I'm very excited about learning this web 2.0 technology, it feels like catching up with the rest of the world. The sense of empowerment can be very inspiring not only for the workplace but at a personal level as well.

At work we'll be pushing the boundaries of communication between clients and staff. Making their voices heard in an informal but powerful environment. There's always room for service improvement and, this will certainly help ;-)
